Build balance, strength, flexibility, and peace of mind through a gentle evening embodiment practice that blends elements of doing and being/breathing.

Each class will be a blend of mindful movement, meditation, and working with the breath (pranayama), beginning with strength and balance building poses and ending with more relaxing poses to send you off towards bedtime with a calm and peaceful feeling in the body and mind.

For those familiar with different schools of yoga, you can expect a mixture of hatha, vinyasa, Iyengar, and yin yoga styles.
Special attention will be paid to proper anatomical alignment for injury prevention and healing.

Hands on assists will be offered to those who would like, and every class will end with a long savasana (laying down meditation) with optional essential oil aromatherapy and Thai massage. 

No prior experience required and beginners are warmly welcomed. Class is suitable and accessible for all ages, bodies and abilities.

Required Equipment:
Yoga Mat

Recommended Props:
2 Yoga Blocks
1 Yoga Strap
1 Thick Blanket (this can be any blanket or towel you already have at home)

Optional Props:
1 Yoga Bolster
